Design guided by numerical analysis:

By creating the virtual prototypes of newly designed machines and systems we are able to simulate multiple physical phenomena that occur in the designed prototype.

The basic simulation includes assessment of designed elements according to the external forces, displacements and boundary conditions.


Thanks to virtual prototyping we’re able to lower the manufacturing costs. Multiple analyses are prepared and conducted in a virtual environment. The outcome of the analysis enables to tailor the number of final modifications before achievement of a working machine.

Optimization of geometry

We are lowering both the resources and costs required for the design of new machines. The new design is based on a predicted and simulated working environment. Minimizing the need The basic manual adjustments in prototype results in lowering the waste in terms of time and resources.

By simulating the physical nature of analyzed phenomena we are able to come up with the final optimized geometry design.

Analysis of the results of a simulation using clipping planes

After a proper validation of numerical analysis with physical experiment, the results can be scaled to a full-scale application of a whole analyzed system.
